Terms of Service

Welcome to Ageless Esthetics Inc. (“Ageless Esthetics”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to our treatments, our website and our online store. By booking an appointment, buying a product or gift card, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments, or have written consent from a parent or guardian. Some treatments, including laser treatments, require a consultation and patch test before your first session.

2. Our Services

Ageless Esthetics provides non-medical esthetic and laser skin treatments performed by a licensed esthetician. We do not offer injectables or medical procedures. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. We may decline or stop a treatment for safety reasons, contraindications or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: appointments can be booked online through Square, by phone or in person.
• Cancellations: please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The cancellation policy shown when you book applies, and late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee as described there.
• Late arrivals: arriving late may mean a shorter treatment or rescheduling, so other clients are not affected.

4. Health Information & Consent

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to tell us about any changes, such as new medications or pregnancy. You may be asked to complete an intake form and sign a consent form before treatment. Following the pre- and post-care instructions we give you is important for your safety and results.

5. Payments & Refunds for Treatments

• Treatments are paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices on our website are in Canadian dollars and may change. The price confirmed when you book or check out applies.
• Completed treatments are non-refundable. Prepaid, unused services may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

6. Online Store

Product prices and availability may change without notice. Online orders are prepared for pickup at our studio unless otherwise stated at checkout. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will replace it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are sold through Square. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and, in accordance with Alberta law, purchased gift cards do not expire. Please treat gift cards like cash, as we cannot replace lost or stolen cards. Promotional offers apply only as stated, cannot be combined unless specified and may end at any time.

8. Website Use & Content

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website — including text, photos, videos and logos — belongs to Ageless Esthetics Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on our website is general in nature and is not a substitute for a personal consultation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ageless Esthetics Inc. and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products or website. Every treatment carries some risk, and these risks are discussed with you during your consultation.

10. Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
